When you are in a hurry frozen foods seem to be the answer. Follow these tips to help keep quick meals healthy:

Pick a frozen dinner that offers up less than 400 calories, low sodium along with high fiber & protein.

Add fresh vegetables to increase your fiber.

Split a frozen dinner for one with someone and add more fresh veggies or a salad.

Here is a quick meal for the kids, Bake a thin bagel topped with sauce and mozzarella cheese in the over for 8-10 minutes at 400. Top with  fresh vegetables or protein for a even healthier treat.
