Quick Eye Lift
Make up expert Gloria Banuelos from The Cos Bar has a great tip for a quick mid-day eye lift. By using your favorite under eye cream mixed with a highlighter, you can give your eyes a fresh, just woke up look. It moisturizes and highlights at the same time. Gloria says if you don’t have a small brush handy use your ring finger to apply. Around mid-day when you are feeling tired mix a dab of cream and dab of highlighter together. Gloria used the back of her hand. Apply under your eyes. The combination will hydrate and highlight at the same time giving you a fresh look! I used the Teamine cream. It reduces puffiness and fine lines.

Definitely need this make-up tip. What’s great about my eyes is that I don’t get any of those huge eye bags whenever I pull those all-nighters. Sadly, I get “panda eyes” instead. I’m not really that good with concealers, so I end up going out with them. LOL!
What is the highlighter. Are you talking about a light shade of eye shadow?
